From John Glenn Columbus International Airport, you can reach Columbus city center in approximately 10 minutes by taxi, charter service or rental car. There are also buses that run between the airport and the city center.

Taxi

You can find a taxi 24 hours a day at the airport. The taximeters start with 3 dollars and the fare increases 45 cents per mile. If you have to wait, you would have to pay extra 45 cents per minute. The taxi fare is calculated by adding a tax of 7.5% to total cost. The average cost of getting to the city center from the airport is 25 dollars.

Charter Service

There are 17 different charter bus companies at the airport and they can carry passengers on different routes at different times. Car Rental

There are 8 different car rental companies operating at the airport. By booking in advance, you can complete your transactions and receive your vehicle without losing time at the check-in desk at the airport parking lot of the companies. It is possible to reach the city center within 10 minutes by following the I-670 W motorway with the car you rent.

Bus

It is possible to reach the city center by taking bus number 52 and 92 from the bus stops next to the taxis. Buses depart every 30 minutes and the ticket price is $ 2.75. You can get your ticket by credit card from the machines at the bus stops.
